GMDI S.A. de C.V., its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, located at Prol. Bosques de Reforma No. 1813 10° Piso, Local 1001, Col. Lomas de Vistahermosa, Cuajimalpa, Ciudad de México, CP 05100 (“GMDI”), provides this Privacy Notice in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”).

The personal data you voluntarily provide through our website, such as your full name, email address, landline or mobile phone number, employer, and position and duties, will be used to contact you; to send you any newsletter you request and relevant information about GMDI, our services and events; where applicable, to enroll you in professional development programs and courses; to follow up on your comments, suggestions or opinions; and/or to develop marketing strategies. Your personal data may be used for other purposes that are compatible with and analogous to those described above.

GMDI will not sell, assign or transfer your personal data to third parties outside GMDI without your prior consent. However, GMDI may transfer your personal data where such transfer is provided for by the Law.

GMDI has adopted the administrative, technical and physical security measures necessary to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing. However, no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and GMDI therefore cannot guarantee that the processing of your personal data will be free from all damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing.

As the data subject, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) before GMDI's Personal Data Officer, as established by the Law. You may also revoke at any time any consent you have given for the processing of your personal data, and request that its use or disclosure be limited, by sending your request under the terms set forth by the Law to administracion@grupomdi.com or to Prol. Bosques de Reforma No. 1813 10° Piso, Local 1001, Col. Lomas de Vistahermosa, Cuajimalpa, Ciudad de México, CP 05100.

GMDI reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice. Any changes will be communicated at www.grupomdi.com/aviso-de-privacidad.

If you do not want GMDI to process your personal data, please do not provide it, since providing it implies your agreement with these terms.

If your ARCO request is not answered or you disagree with the response, you may file a Request for Protection of Rights with the Federal Institute for Access to Information and Data Protection, within the time limits and under the terms set by the Law and its Regulations.
